Private trip 1 Day to Luxor

Discover the wonders of ancient Egypt on a full-day trip from Hurghada to Luxor, the world’s largest open-air museum. Explore magnificent temples, royal tombs, and monumental statues while learning about the fascinating history of ancient Thebes.

Your journey begins at 5:00 AM with pickup from your hotel in Hurghada. The drive to Luxor takes approximately 3.5 hours, depending on traffic, with a short break along the way.

Upon arrival in Luxor, your professional tourist guide will meet you and begin the tour with a visit to Karnak Temple, one of the largest and most impressive temple complexes in ancient Egypt.

Afterward, cross the Nile River by boat from the East Bank to the West Bank and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Continue to the Valley of the Kings, home to the magnificent royal tombs of the pharaohs. Then visit the spectacular Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, an extraordinary monument built into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari.

Your final stop will be the Colossi of Memnon, two enormous ancient Egyptian statues dating back to the 14th century BC.

At approximately 5:00 PM, you will begin your journey back to Hurghada, following the local regulations for organized tours in Luxor. The drive out of Luxor will begin no later than 6:00 PM.
